Earn 20% recurring revenue for every referral
Join the Bookwhen affiliate programme*, and for each paying customer you refer, you will receive a 20% commission for their first 12 months.
We'll also provide a £5 discount code for referred customers to use when they sign up for a paid subscription.
How our affiliate programme works
1. Apply for the programme
Apply to join the affiliate programme by contacting us.
2. Share your unique code
Receive a unique code to share with your referrals.
3. Collect your payout
Get paid your commission monthly when you reach the minimum payout amount.
Commission payout details
Bookwhen will pay you a 20% commission on all subscription payments received from referred customers for 12 months from the date they first sign up for a paid subscription.
If a referred customer signs for a yearly paid subscription, you will receive a one-off 20% commission. If they sign up for a monthly paid subscription and cancel within their first 12 months, you will receive a prorated 20% commission for the period they were on a paid subscription plan.
There is a £10 payout minimum; when your affiliate balance equals or exceeds £10, you'll be paid at the start of the following month.
* The Bookwhen affiliate programme is currently only available to web developers, agencies or consultancies. We do not currently offer a referral scheme for current Bookwhen users but please register your interest with our Support team and we will advise you when this becomes available
